Finding the right match between counselor and child is so important. With that in mind, I offer a free 20 minute consultation meeting, either in person or virtually, to discuss goals, expectations, and hopes. Please fill out the form on the HartWell Center page to schedule a free initial consultation.
Regular appointments are 50 minute, in-person sessions. Self-pay rates are $150/session.

While Play Therapy is most appropriate for children ages 4-10, tweens and adolescents (ages 11+) can benefit from a combination of talk therapy, expressive art therapy, play therapy with games, and sand tray practices. I typically do not work with ages 15 and up, but please reach out if you have questions or would like to discuss counseling for your teen.

Part of the therapeutic process is partnering with caregivers. Adults will meet with the therapist on a regular basis to discuss goals, progress, and problem-solving.

If desired, I can attend a child's 504 or ARD meeting alongside parents. (Hourly rates apply)

Feeling Better will soon be offering Child-Parent Relationship Training for parents of children ages 3-10 years old. This is a 10 week group class where caregivers learn Play Therapy skills to implement with their children at home.
