for LPC-Associates
As a Clinical Supervisor with experience in both public school counseling and private practice, I provide supervision to therapists-in-training to fulfill Texas State Board requirements for full LPC licensure. My supervision approach starts from a humanistic lens– providing compassion, empathy, and support balanced with consistent feedback and challenge.
Finding the right match between supervisor and associate is so important— we will be spending almost two years together! With that in mind, I offer a free 20 minute consultation meeting, either in person or virtually, to discuss goals, expectations, and hopes for supervision.

At this time, supervision is $400 per month.

Supervision will alternate on an A-B weekly alternation between one-on-one supervision sessions and group supervision sessions with a small cohort of Loren’s other Associates.
Individual supervision can be scheduled between 10am and 1pm Monday-Friday. Group supervision times will be held within those hours as well.

Yes! Group supervision will be held virtually. Individual supervision can be held virtually or at Loren’s office in Lockhart, TX.

Best practices in supervision require direct observation of the Associate. We will schedule times for me to come to your site for direct observations as part of your supervision process.
